Mr. John Ferris greeted me when I arrived in the treatment room . He was so reassuring and gave me so much confidence. He explained everything as he went along. The whole thing was over very quickly, the relief was overwhelming. Mr. Ferris telephoned me the following afternoon to ask if I was alright. I just couldn't thank him enough for giving me my sight back. I was amazed how bright and clear everything was. I would like to say a huge thankyou to Mr. Ferris for the gift he has given me and to all his team.

Mr Ferris put me at my ease right from the first consultation, which was carried out by Zoom during the Covid pandemic. At each meeting he inspired confidence, and invited questions, however trivial. His secretary, Carole-Anne was always available to help during the run-up to surgery. The cataract removal yesterday went smoothly, thanks to the expertise of Mr Ferris, and 24 hours later I am able to write to thank him and his team. I am very grateful.
